Manager, Creator Marketing – Scaled Programs & Emerging Verticals is a role that involves executing creator marketing programs, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver successful projects. The role requires strong ownership, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in content management, product management/development, program management, or product owner roles and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in content management, product management/development, program management, or product owner roles
• Experience planning and executing cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
• Comfortable working with data to identify actionable insights and make data-driven decisions
• Strong multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities; proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment; strong operational skills in program execution and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English
