Job Description
As a Creator Operation Manager for TikTok LIVE in South Korea, you will be responsible for acquiring creators, community growth, and activation in TikTok LIVE. You will formulate strategies for acquiring creators, growing, and revitalizing the community based on market and competition research, and manage goals and KPIs and data analysis.
Requirements
- Strong interest and understanding of the LIVE Streaming industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international and diverse environment
- Professional fluency in Korean and English
- Experience in the LIVE streaming industry (preferred)
- Experience in sales or business development in the IT or media industry (preferred)
- Experience in building and managing a team from scratch (preferred)
