Principal, Creator Marketing - Strategic Programs & Flagship Events (South Korea)

We are looking for a leader who strongly aligns with ByteStyle and demonstrates integrity, along with a proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused way of working. This role will own the strategy, design, and execution of TikTok Korea's most impactful creator marketing programs and flagship events.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Previous years of experience in creator marketing, content programs, event programs, partnerships, or platform ecosystem roles
• Strong experience working with creators, partners, agencies, or content platforms in Korea
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate program and event performance and translate insights into strategic decisions
• Ability to operate with high ownership in ambiguous and fast-changing environment
