Job Description
TikTok LIVE is seeking a proactive Project Operations Intern (BS/MS) to support the creator operations team. The intern will assist with data collection and analysis, helping to improve operational efficiency and strengthen creator motivation. This is a 2026 start position with a 3-month internship duration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Native German speaker with good communication skills.
- Ability to handle stress and communicate with creators.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic skills in data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Comfort with PowerPoint and common productivity tools.
