Job Description
TikTok is seeking talented individuals to join their Design Team as interns in 2026. The internship aims to provide students with industry exposure and hands-on experience in designing for TikTok, a creative short video platform with a global user base. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in the entire product development process, from ideation to launch, focusing on delivering the best user experience.
Requirements
- Strong in interaction design
- Regularly execute prototypes using tools like Figma
- Great communication skills to articulate concepts and vision
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
- Results oriented and resilient
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and demanding timelines
- Experience with A/B testing and data driven practice (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Figma, Principal, Adobe Creative Suite, and OSX, iOS & Android (Preferred)
- Passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community (Preferred)
