Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join their Partner Product team, responsible for the Open API Platform and TikTok Shop's App Ecosystem. The intern will conduct market studies, collaborate with product management, prioritize requirements, participate in development and testing, and contribute to product strategy for merchants and creators. This is a summer 2026 internship for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Great communicator & team-partner.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven.
- Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
