Regulatory Counsel/ Senior Regulatory Counsel, New York

We are seeking a Regulatory Counsel/ Senior Regulatory Counsel to join a high-performing global team responsible for managing regulatory matters, including advising on new and existing frameworks, engaging with regulators, and ensuring proactive alignment with fast-changing laws across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the U.S.
• 5+ years of relevant experience gained across government, private practice and/or in-house.
• Understanding of the key global US regulations, standards and frameworks, as well as political laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to independently identify and evaluate legal and reputational risk in business contexts and make well-informed recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including navigating leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners in a complex and challenging environment.
• Excellent legal and business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
