Sanctions Specialist

ByteDance/TikTok is seeking a highly experienced and capable sanctions specialist to join their global legal compliance team in the Americas. The role involves supporting global sanctions tools, analyzing potential issues, conducting investigations, establishing relationships, and participating in risk assessment. Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of the sanctions area, including compliance concepts and experience in case study.
• Demonstrated experience in the tech industry, particularly with sanctions compliance products and toolings.
• Highest standard of ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel.
