The Ads Measurement & Effectiveness team at TikTok empowers marketers and brands to understand and optimize the true business value of their ad investments across TikTok’s paid channels. Our mission is to provide advertisers with clear, actionable insights through cutting-edge measurement solutions like Brand Lift (BLS), Conversion Lift (CLS), Split Test, Cross-Media Measurement, as well as measurement solutions with 3rd party partners.
Requirements
- Design and develop highly scalable backend systems to measure Ads effectiveness.
- Own and expand core products like Split Test, CLS, and BLS, enabling advertisers to rigorously test and evaluate campaign performance.
- Build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and real-time experimentation frameworks to power critical advertiser insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and data science teams to translate ideas into measurable impact.
- Integrate with third-party measurement partners to enable comprehensive attribution and validation.
- Help evolve the underlying tech infrastructure to support privacy compliance, high QPS environments, and multi-region deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers to grow and help build a strong engineering team.
