Software Engineer, Ads Interface and Platform - Shop Ads

We are looking for strong software engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding and build highly scalable and reliable software, partnering across disciplines and geographies, to achieve the best results. The role involves designing, developing, and improving the TikTok Ads experience, as well as managing a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
• Experience in software engineering
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions in a clear and concise way
• Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty)
