Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in creator operation, ecosystem strategy, or platform strategy in content communities.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to design systematic solutions from a macro perspective.
- Excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination, and execution skills. Results-driven.
- Data-savvy, proficient in using data to diagnose problems and measure strategy effectiveness.
- Understanding of sports content creation landscape and creator motivation models.
