Strategy and Operations Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

TikTok is seeking a Strategy and Operations Project Intern to support the Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization. The intern will gain practical experience through short-term projects, develop skills in the field, and contribute to the team's goals. This is a 2026 start position for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026/2027
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
• Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic solutions
• Fluent in English is required, Swedish is an additional plus
