Job Description
TikTok is seeking a Strategy & Operation Project Intern to support the live operations team in optimizing aspects of the platform, including content, monetization, features, and data analysis. The intern will contribute to both Creator Community Management and Agency Management tasks, gaining practical skills and a glimpse into professional experience. The internship is intended for 3 months and offers the opportunity to engage in impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Internship availability for at least 3 months (6 months preferred), starting in January OR June.
- Basic data analysis skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
