Talent Acquisition Specialist - Singapore (Third-party Contractor)

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore to drive the expansion of their emerging Local Services business in the APAC region. The role involves partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, leading the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a third-party contract role with a duration of 12 months managed by an agency.

Requirements

• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
