Tech Lead - TikTok Ecommerce Recommendation Algo

Tech Lead - TikTok Ecommerce Recommendation Algo position is responsible for leading the team to design, build, and optimize large-scale e-commerce recommendation algorithm pipeline, building user interest models, and collaborating with strategy team and product managers to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 3+ years of working experience in one of the following fields: recommendation system, online advertising, information retrieval, natural language processing, machine learning, large-scale data mining, or related fields
• Experience in leading an engineering team
• Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork
• Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems
