As an integral part of the MAI team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs and growth work-streams to empower merchants to grow and scale their business on TikTok Commerce.
Requirements
- Owning strategy and execution for TikTok Commerce including incubation plans.
- Leading end-to-end incubation for high-potential partners, including onboarding, project planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform.
- Identifying scalable growth opportunities and designing/rolling out programs to improve partner performance.
- Conducting deep-dive analyses to understand partner segments, diagnose performance blockers, and surface root causes using data analysis, partner interviews, and surveys.
- Managing partner communication channels to run mass account management activities including forecasting, troubleshooting, partner education, and incubation program delivery.
- Capturing, documenting, and sharing learnings to establish best practices and influence internal/external stakeholders.
