The LIVE Operations team at TikTok is seeking a passionate and talented Agency Operations Manager to support their mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with MCNs and agencies, onboarding talent, and ensuring a fun and safe space for LIVE users.

Requirements

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with MCN and agencies
• Responsible for training and management of the agencies
• Onboard MCN, agencies and organization to provide Talents for live-streaming section
• Allocate the corresponding operation support and motivate the agencies to provide more and better live streamers and build a variety of content categories
• Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management
