Job Description
TikTok is seeking a passionate and talented UGC Operations Manager for their LIVE Operations team in Vietnam. The role focuses on supporting the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy by managing streamer operations, identifying growth potential through data analysis, optimizing broadcasts, and assisting with live streaming events. The LIVE Operations team is responsible for content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, and ensuring a fun and safe space for all users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3 years of experience in content, social media or partnerships roles
- Experience in campaign development
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven
- Exposure in tech & media industry or other live-streaming platform is advantageous
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries
- Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, able to work in a fast-paced environment
