TikTok Shop - Account Manager (Multiple Categories)

TikTok is seeking an Account Manager for its TikTok Shop platform in Munich, Germany. This role will focus on one of three categories: Home & Living, Electronics, or FMCG. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing the category, acquiring partners, and driving performance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to help partners grow their business sustainably on the platform. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management/New Seller or User Acquisition, or equivalent fields
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity
• Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
• Fluent in English and German
