TikTok Shop - Beauty Account Manager

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is adaptable, collaborative, and is able to work with a number of merchants, and internal stakeholders in a fast paced and exciting environment. This role is based in Düsseldorf and involves working with the beauty category and subcategories landscape, and defining priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management/New Seller/User Acquisition, or equivalent fields
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills
• Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity
• Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
• Fluent in English and German to ease communication with German stakeholders
