Requirements

• Conduct business performance analysis and diagnostic reviews across different business units
• Partner with cross-functional teams to lead in-depth analysis on key focus areas
• Enhance the business performance data framework
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual target planning and performance reviews
• Deliver analysis on target achievement, performance gaps, root causes, and improvement plans
