Requirements
- Define category strategy, assortment roadmap, and merchant structure based on supply, trends, and user behavior.
- Identify category gaps (supply, content, logistics, professionalism) and propose actionable programs.
- Build category-level frameworks for assortment planning, merchant segmentation, and lifecycle operations.
- Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth; map and onboard strategic supply partners.
- Diagnose merchant performance (assortment, content, conversion, delivery, pricing), and develop tailored growth plans.
- Guide merchants on TikTok-native content, short-form video, live shopping, and creator collaboration;
- Discover innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
