TikTok Shop - Head of E-commerce Listing Governance

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to serve as the Head of Listing Governance for TikTok Shop in the United States. This role will define the governance vision and lead the execution of the product listing policy and enforcement framework to ensure a safe, trustworthy, and high-quality shopping experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce governance, marketplace operations, product compliance, trust & safety, or ecosystem health
• 4+ years of proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams in governance, policy, or marketplace risk functions
• Strong understanding of product compliance, consumer protection, and listing quality management in digital marketplaces
