We are looking for a Seller and Product Listing Governance Strategy Manager to develop strategies/policies to ensure quality and compliance across the seller and product listing lifecycle, while enabling businesses. The role requires a highly analytical person who can conceptualise solutions from first principles, navigate ambiguity, and implement solutions swiftly.
Requirements
- Develop data-driven strategies and policies to enable the e-commerce business, evaluate sellers' behaviours, product listing trends, manage fulfillment and sellers' services.
- Maintain a keen understanding of APAC and Japan market and regulatory conditions to inform strategy development.
- Responsible for sellers' and product listing as well as intellectual property compliance management, building up implementation processes and working closely with cross-functional partners.
- Investigate escalations, review and implement our strategies and policies, taking into account our policies, business impact, and market conditions.
- Ensure constant improvements of key metrics for seller, listing, and intellectual property risk mitigation, and enforcement accuracy.
- Work to promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing seller plans of action in response to enforcement actions.
- Act as an escalation point of contact and internal communications on all seller and listing governance issues.
