Job Description
We are looking for a passionate leader to drive the growth for TikTok Shop’s newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Live. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends, as well as experience working in ambiguity and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Design and execute Seller Live strategies to drive sustained GMV growth for TikTok Shop sellers
- Analyze live-streaming performance metrics and deliver data-driven, actionable insights
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end-to-end live planning, day-to-day communication, execution, and ongoing performance coaching
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities within the existing seller portfolio
- Stay up to date on live trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
