Job Description
We are looking for a Strategy & Intelligence Specialist to lead analytical, campaign and creator-related projects that will drive sustainable growth of the category in TikTok Shop.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Growth, or E-commerce
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, campaign logic and category merchandising is a plus
- Comfortable handling large data sets and building dashboards (Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
