Job Description
The User Growth team at TikTok is responsible for the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users globally. This role focuses on the user growth of TikTok Shop in the UK and EU, formulating and implementing product growth strategies based on national characteristics, and ultimately driving e-commerce GMV.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years of professional experience in a user growth role involving media buying, performance ads strategy, product growth
- Interested in exploring the commonalities and differences in the needs of users under different cultural backgrounds
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
