Product Lead

Tilt is seeking a Product Lead to join their mission-driven team, responsible for taking over various products, creating roadmaps, and executing on product development, launch, and growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering scalable, impactful mobile products from scratch
• 3+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies, startups, or industries like mobile games, eCommerce, travel, or fintech
• Strong analytical skills, using data and market insights to inform decisions and optimise performance
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and a keen eye for exceptional product experiences
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders and driving product vision
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating a hands-on, results-driven approach
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports
