Activity Facilitator - CVTH

Tim Hortons Foundation Camps help youth from underserved communities achieve their full potential through multi-year, overnight camp experiences. We're looking for an Activity Facilitator to create an inclusive and supportive environment where campers can develop tangible skills and build leadership capacity.

Requirements

• Establish relationships with youth aged 11-17
• Deliver high-quality programming designed to meet specific outcomes
• Identify, assess, and appropriately manage and respond to risks
• Provide mentorship, knowledge, and skill transfer to other staff
