Job Description
As a BPM Consultant for Process Optimization and Artificial Intelligence, you will design future-proof business processes and combine classical process optimization with the use of artificial intelligence for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, process optimization, or a related field
- Secure handling of tools such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable approaches
- Enthusiasm for AI-based applications and initial experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Power Automate, Make, UIPath, etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to represent complex issues; in German and English (B2 language level)
