Job Description
Operations Associate – Collectibles Operations will support the Operations team across all organizational and logistical topics related to physical assets. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, storage, documentation, and operational workflows, as well as supporting day-to-day operational and back-office tasks.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, office management, coordination, logistics, or a similar operational environment
- Structured, reliable, and highly detail-oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mindset
- Comfortable working with high-value or sensitive physical assets
- Very good German and solid English skills
- Confident working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Driver’s license class B is required
