Requirements
- Completed commercial training, sales-related studies, or comparable qualification
- Experience in creating offers and lead nurturing processes
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
- Basic understanding of software/license business or IT services
- Very good German and good English in writing and speech
- Structured working method, number sense, and high reliability in CRM work
- Enjoyment of active customer approach and clear communication
- Learning willingness, performance orientation, and joy of development in B2B software sales
- Sovereign handling of MS Office (in particular Excel/PowerPoint)
