Job Description
We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal counsel and guidance to our global business units and corporate centers, ensuring effective operation and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a JD with 6+ years of experience and a license to practice law in Ohio or a state that Ohio recognizes.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) with a minimum of 6 years legal experience
- Licensed attorney in good standing in Ohio or a state that Ohio recognizes for its Corporate license
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
- High aptitude for creative problem solving
- Strong project management skills
- Business acumen a plus
- Experience in government contracts, intellectual property, international clients, manufacturing industry, and foreign language skills a plus
