Requirements
- Act as the primary HR partner for employees: advise on benefits and insurance questions, resolve employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Manage HRIS and employee data integrity: process time/pay corrections, update vacation/holiday accruals, and implement hourly and salaried pay changes with accuracy.
- Produce HR analytics and regular/ad-hoc reports (payroll inputs, turnover, headcount, compensation budgeting) to inform leaders and improve decisions.
