Requirements

• Manage and develop plant associates
• Review monthly financials/KPI reporting
• Lead the preparation of the plants' business planning process
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts
• Build a culture of associate engagement and accountability
• Implement and improve business processes and systems
• Develop necessary inventory policies and controls
• Serve as a lead contact for internal and external auditors
