Requirements
- Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules.
- Load raw materials into the machinery.
- Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors.
- Perform routine and in-process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on-site training available).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
