Job Description
Rollon by Timken is seeking a Project Engineer in Automation & Robotics to lead the design, integration, and implementation of automated systems, robotic equipment, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related engineering field
- Hands-on experience with robot programming, PLC logic, and industrial automation hardware
- Strong understanding of machine design, sensors, pneumatics, motion control, and industrial networks
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
