Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Industrial mathematics
• Ability to read blueprints and technical information
• Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerances
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good written and verbal communications
• Ability to use and/or setup various measuring devises or gauges
• Strong understanding of different steel types and other materials
• CNC programming
• Basic computer knowledge
• Basic welding and smoldering abilities
