Job Description
We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III candidate to join our Land Development Group in Wilmington, NC. The successful candidate will assist clients with zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, and construction administration support, and will work in a team of 2-3 design engineers and a project manager to bring the client’s vision to life.
Requirements
- Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and other modeling tools.
- Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world design challenges.
- Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.
- Conducting research and writing objective reports to support project completion.
- Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.
- Supporting field inspections and data collection.
- Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.
