Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer II/III to join their Land Development team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves site development engineering, project management, and design tasks for residential, commercial, and public land development projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- EIT certification preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and/or other CAD software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
