Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead our growing Data Center practice. This role involves driving business development, managing client relationships, leading a high-performing team, and positioning our Data Center practice for continued growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Lead civil engineering design for data center projects using Civil 3D and related software.
- Oversee project execution, including design details, plan sets, and technical calculations.
- Prepare specifications and cost estimates, review plans, plats, and construction documents.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support proposal development, marketing efforts, and strategic pursuits.
- Mentor and supervise technical staff, promoting professional growth and accountability.
