Job Description
Timmons Group is seeking an Environmental Permitting Specialist to join their Renewable Energy team in Richmond, VA. The successful candidate will support permitting and planning efforts, provide GIS analysis, and work collaboratively with planners, engineers, and environmental scientists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Planning, Information Systems, or a closely related field
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro and introductory experience with GIS analysis, mapping, and data visualization
- Understanding of environmental sciences and basic knowledge of permitting or regulatory processes
