Marketing Proposal Coordinator

Timmons Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Team in our Richmond, VA office.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AEC proposal development required
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical and client-focused narratives
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred but not required
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
