Job Description
Tines is seeking a Community Manager to join their team for a true zero to one opportunity. The Community Manager will be responsible for launching and operating the community home, managing community workflows, content ownership, and strategic ownership. The role requires 5+ years of experience in community management, technical aptitude, automation & AI mindset, content expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in SaaS or adjacent space
- Technical aptitude with ability to learn complex technical products quickly
- Automation & AI mindset with familiarity with automation and AI tools
- Content expertise with ability to work across product teams to develop engaging content
- Strategic thinking with ability to own initiatives from ideation to measurement and iteration
- Collaborative leadership with ability to be a resource for the wider team
Benefits
