Job Description
Tinker Federal Credit Union is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to design and build their Salesforce platform as part of a major digital transformation. The role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture, technical standards, and long-term design of the environment from the ground up.
Requirements
- Designing and leading the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions
- Placing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data at the core of a unified digital origination and service model
- Serving as a strategic technical leader for unified digital origination, omni-channel service transformation, AI assisted decisioning, and real-time journey orchestration across all member touchpoints
