Requirements

• Designing and leading the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions
• Placing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data at the core of a unified digital origination and service model
• Establishing technical standards to ensure seamless integration within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborating with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate complex requirements into actionable architectural blueprints
• Resolving complex platform and integration issues across distributed systems
• Articulating architectural decisions, tradeoffs, and technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
