As an Asset Management Assistant & Office Manager, you will be responsible for administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining contract registers, and supporting corporate governance processes.
Requirements
- Relevant professional training or degree in business administration or a related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in asset management support, corporate administration, office management or a similar role
- Interest in renewable energy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills and hands-on mentality
- Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative platforms
- Fluent Spanish and English are required
- German, Polish, Italian or Dutch is a strong advantage
