Job Description
We’re hiring a Mid-Level Backend Software Engineer to help build a brand-new product that will transform how finance teams operate.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for a new product
- Develop scalable microservices handling high-volume financial data and workflows
- Own data modelling, persistence strategies, and service boundaries
- Improve system performance, observability, and reliability
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to define clear API contracts
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable backend code
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to backend best practices
- Help evolve our backend architecture as we scale
