Job Description
Tipalti is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to support its onboarding program and assist in growing the company's customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Collect and review customer onboarding information and documentation
- Ensure complete, accurate, and consistent onboarding procedures
- Perform screening for PEP, sanction, and negative news on customers
- Lead due diligence reviews and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage own pipeline in line with SLA's
- Review ongoing monitoring alerts
- Complete periodic refreshers on all customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
