Job Description
Tipalti is seeking a People Operations Analyst to join their global People Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of core processes and procedures, and will be part of a collaborative culture that values diversity and innovation.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years HR generalist/operations/coordination experience.
- 1-2 years of working knowledge and expertise in People Systems and/or HRIS.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results orientated.
- Good communicator.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools – MS PowerBI.
